Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and is reserved specifically for you. 

I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur.To best serve all guests my cancellation and no-show policies are as follows: Due to increased demand during the busy holiday season, I require a 7 day notice of any appointment shifts or cancellations. Any appointment cancellation less than 7 days in advance will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Fee is due prior to rescheduling any appointment. In the event of a change or cancellation during the holiday season I can not guarantee to fit you back on my schedule prior to January 5, 2023 if any adjustments are made to your appointment after this booking. It is my decision if no show or repeat tardiness have booking privileges.
